Each Haus VS experience is tailored to the number of spaces, project scope, and level of support you need from design direction and sourcing to full purchasing and project management.
The Petite Haus
1–2 spaces · Starting design fee: $1,500
Includes one kickoff consultation, one presentation of the proposed design, and two consolidated revision rounds. The same core design deliverables are scaled to the agreed spaces: concept development, space planning, curated design boards, furniture and décor sourcing, color and material direction, and budget planning.
One space means one distinct room or functional zone. Open-plan or multi-use areas are scoped in the proposal. Starting fee only; final quote depends on size, complexity, and agreed scope. Additional spaces, meetings, or revision rounds are quoted separately and approved before work.
The Curated Haus
3–4 spaces · Starting design fee: $3,000

The Signature Haus
5–6 spaces · Starting design fee: $4,500

The Complete Haus
7–8 spaces · Starting design fee: $6,000
Includes one kickoff consultation, one presentation of the proposed design, and two consolidated revision rounds. The same core design deliverables are scaled to the agreed spaces: concept development, space planning, curated design boards, furniture and décor sourcing, color and material direction, and budget planning.
One space means one distinct room or functional zone. Open-plan or multi-use areas are scoped in the proposal. Larger homes and projects with 9+ spaces are quoted individually. Starting fee only; final quote depends on size, complexity, and agreed scope. Additional spaces, meetings, or revision rounds are quoted separately and approved before work.
Design + Source
A considered design plan, ready for you to bring to life. Receive design direction, design boards, curated furniture and décor selections, and a detailed purchasing roadmap. You purchase approved selections directly from the recommended retailers; merchandise is not included in the design fee. Your proposal confirms the final deliverables, handoff format, project timeline, and scope before work begins.

Design + Manage
The Haus VS vision, with support through purchasing and coordination. Haus VS manages approved merchandise purchasing, order tracking, vendor communication, scheduling, delivery coordination, and preparation for installation and styling. Design fees cover design and recommendations. A separate 15% procurement and project management fee applies to approved merchandise purchases managed through Haus VS. Your proposal confirms the purchases and costs used to calculate this fee, payment terms, deliverables, and project timeline. Installation, styling, travel, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in your proposal.
Design fees exclude furniture, décor, contractor/trade labor, shipping, delivery, installation, travel, and other third-party expenses unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
